Navi Mumbai logistics park project: CIDCO floats tender for work related to Phase 1
Maharashtra government's body, the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO), has floated a tender for work related to Phase 1 of the proposed Integrated Logistics Park (ILP) in Navi Mumbai.
Spread over 925 acres, this would be the largest planned logistics infrastructure development in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). The project is strategically located near key infrastructure projects, including Jawaharlal Nehru Port, the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport, the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), and major highway corridors. CIDCO has floated an expression of interest (EOI) to lease around 174 acres of land comprising 12 plots in phase 1 of the project.
