New housing project to be set by Empire Estate Realty
A new group housing project is planned by Empire Estate Realty. The project to be developed under Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojna (CMJAY)-2015 would be spread over 3.73 acres of land parcel and see the development of a tower with 1,050 EWS and LIG flats along with amenities like club house, banquet hall, conference hall, gym, and parking provision.
The project would be set up in Jaipur and is awaiting environmental clearance. Work on the project is expected to commence by December 2022.
