Nexus Select closing in on acquring mixed use from Galaxy Group in Assam
Publicly listed retail Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Nexus Select Trust, is in talks to close the deal for acquiring a mixed-use asset in Guwahati from Galaxy Group. Spread over 1.2 million sq ft with a mix of retail, hotel, and office, the project is still under construction. The deal is likely to be done for around Rs 1,300 crores.
