PM Modi and Japanese PM inaugurate Maruti Suzuki's plant in Haryana
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi inaugurated Maruti Suzuki India’s manufacturing facility in Haryana. Spread across 800 acres, the facility is located at IMT Kharkhoda in Sonipat.
The project is developed with an investment of Rs 35,000 crore and has an annual production capacity of 10 lakh vehicles at full scale. This project helps achieve its long-term overall annual production capacity target of 40 lakh vehicles by FY31.
