Pratap Technocrats and SPML Infra Limited. bags order from NTPC for BESS project
Government-owned NTPC has awarded a contract for the development of the BESS project to Pratap Technocrats Pvt Ltd and SPML Infra Limited. The order is for the deployment of 570 MWh of BESS capacity across the Gadarwara and Khargone power plants in Madhya Pradesh. Gadarwara Super Thermal Power Station project comprises a 320 MW BESS project, while the Khargone Super Thermal Power Station comprises a 250 MW BESS project\
The scope of work covers supply, civil works, and erection of a 250 MW/1,000 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), with a Battery Management System (BMS) and Thermal Management System (TMS).
