Puravankara plans to develop projects worth Rs 18,000 crores as it eyes expansion
Real estate sector major Puravankara Limited, which has completed 50 years in the Industry, has plans to accelerate its growth trajectory with ambitious plans to launch around 15 million square feet of projects over the next 12 to 15 months.
These projects will span nine cities, including redevelopment in Mumbai and new acquisitions in Bengaluru. The firm is aiming for a gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs 18,000 crore.
