Puravankara signs JDA for 6.4 acres land in Bengaluru
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Puravankara has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) for a 6.4-acre land parcel in Sarjapur, Bengaluru. The project has a saleable area of approximately 0.8 msft and an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 1,000 crore.
As per updates, the project will be developed as a residential community catering to the growing demand in this emerging corridor. It is strategically located in Kaggalipura Village with excellent connectivity via Sarjapur Road and the Outer Ring Road.
