Raxual airport: Tender floated for redevelopment work
The Chief Minister (CM) of the state of Bihar, Samrat Choudhary, has informed that a tender has been floated for the reconstruction of the Raxaul airport. Located in the East Champaran district of the state, the airport has not been operational since 1970.
As per the CM, the project aims to facilitate air travel in the Champaran region, while also infusing new energy into trade, tourism, and the local economy.
