Remsons Industries bags order worth Rs 160 crores
Mumbai-based manufacturer and supplier of automotive components, Remsons Industries, has bagged a new order worth Rs 160 crores. This order is bagged by the firm's UK-based step-down subsidiary and is for a 10-year pedal box programme from a global commercial vehicle original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
The firm will be supplying pedal box systems — safety-critical assemblies integrating brake and clutch pedals into a mounted unit fitted to a vehicle’s bulkhead. Production for the order is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of calendar year 2028.
