Rustomjee Group has launched new luxury residential project in Mumbai
Real estate developer Rustomjee Group has announced the launch of its new luxury residential project The Panorama located at iconic Pali Hill in Bandra West, Mumbai. The firm is anticipating a gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs 375 crore from the project.
The luxury residential development project offers exclusive 4 and 5-bedroom residences with modern amenities. As per the developer, it offers a full-floor option and provides a 44 feet long balcony in a 5086 sq-ft floor plate, ensuring exceptional privacy and exclusivity for residents. In addition, residents also have the option to choose a single, spacious residence spanning 2,543 sq-ft.
Further, there are amenities, like a swimming pool, fitness center, rooftop terrace, and banquet hall.
