Samhi Hotels and Ingka Centres signs agreement for new hotel in Noida
Leading hotel owners and an asset management company, Samhi Hotels, have joined hands with Ingka Centres. The partnership is for the development of an upscale 162-room hotel within Ingka Centres’ upcoming 2.5 million square feet mixed-use development in Noida.
The firm's wholly owned subsidiary, SAMHI Skyline Private Limited, has signed an agreement with Ingka Centres. This project will be part of a dual-tower development in a high-footfall, mixed-use ecosystem.
