Sarva AI plans to build data centres in Odisha and Tamil Nadu
Indian artificial intelligence (AI) firm, Sarva AI, has signed strategic partnerships with the governments of Odisha and Tamil Nadu. The firm would develop data centres in the states with an aims to create large-scale computing capacity and locally trained AI models tailored to Indian languages and governance needs.
In Odisha, the firm will set up a 50-megawatt AI-optimised data facility. In Tamil Nadu, the firm has announced the country’s first Sovereign AI Research Park in collaboration with IIT Madras. The project will include a 20-megawatt AI-optimised data centre.
