Signature Global plans new housing project in Gurugram, to invest Rs 4,800 crores
Real estate developer Signature Global has plans to develop a new luxury housing project in Gurugram. The firm will invest Rs 4,800 crore in the project as part of its strategy to expand its business amid strong consumer demand.
The project named Sarvam at DXP Estate would be located on Dwarka Expressway, Sector 37D. Spread over 13.56 acres, it would offer 1,798 apartments.
