Signature Global to develop luxury farmhouse project in Gurugram
Real estate developer Signature Global has plans to develop a 194.22-acre ultra-luxury farmhouse villa destination in Farrukhnagar, Gurugram, Haryana. The project will have approximately 6.77 million sq ft of developable area and is estimated to generate revenue of Rs 5,500–6,000 crore.
Signature Global has acquired 25 acres of land for Rs 150 crore and entered into a collaboration agreement for an additional 169.22 acres.
