Skyroot Aerospace gets Rs 403 crore investment
Indian private aerospace manufacturer and commercial launch service provider, Skyroot Aerospace got in 403 crore investment in Series-B financing round. The firm quoted it as the largest funding round ever in the Indian space-tech sector.
Global investment firm GIC led the funding round. The added fund will help expand the company’s world-class space engineering team. Skyroot Aerospace is the first startup to sign an MoU with the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).
