Terra Grande plans to develop 100 villas across Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand
Real estate developer Terra Grande by Eldeco has plans to develop over 100 luxury villas across five projects spanning 61.5 acres in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Two projects — a 29-acre luxury community in Sirmaur in Himachal Pradesh and a 12.5-acre project in Narendra Nagar near Rishikesh are under development. Further, the firm plans to develop 3 additional developments in Solan and Sirmaur in Himachal Pradesh and near Rishikesh in Uttarakhand.
As per the firm's CEO, Mr. Amar Kapoor, the firm will launch a 2.5-acre luxury project at Kalth in Solan, an 8.5-acre wellness-focused villa community near Rishikesh, and a new 12-acre second-home project in Sirmaur.
