XSIO to build logistics park in Nagpur
Logistic parks developer, XSIO Logistics Parks Private Limited, has plans to develop the first smart logistics park in Nagpur. The firm would invest Rs 2,000 crores in the project, out of which Rs 400 crores is already pumped at its existing logistics park at Wadhgaon near Samruddhi Expressway. This project is being developed in 2 phases.
As per the firm, the project involved an artificial intelligence-enabled system that would monitor the carbon footprint of the tenants using the facility, reducing pollution, improving sewage treatment, and implementing other eco-friendly measures.
