YEIDA planning to roll out residential plots scheme near Noida International Airport
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is preparing to launch two new residential plot schemes near the recently inaugurated Noida International Airport during the Navratri festival in October, according to The Economic Times.
One of the schemes will cater to the low-income group, offering 40-square-metre plots. The second scheme will be open to the general public and will feature plots ranging from 162 to 300 square metres.
According to the report, YEIDA is also planning to introduce a new eligibility criterion. Under the proposed rule, applicants who have already been allotted a residential plot under any previous scheme of the Noida Authority, Greater Noida Authority, or YEIDA will not be eligible to apply.
