YEIDA to offer plots in new housing scheme in Noida
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is all set to launch a new housing scheme. YEIDA will offer 973 residential plots of varying sizes in a scheme set to launch in January next year.
The average price of the residential plots is expected to be in the range of ?35,000 per sq meter, and plot sizes would be 162, 183, 184, 200, 223, and 290 square metres.
