Ashiana Housing to develop residential project in Gurugram
Real estate builder Ashiana Housing has plans to develop a residential project in Sector 80, Gurugram. Spread over 10.8 acres, the project would take an investment of Rs 750 crore and will feature 542 apartments and extensive green areas.
As per the firm, this project aims to provide a safe and enriching environment for children and families. Each apartment includes HEPA HEPA-filtered Fresh Air System, and over 9 acres within the project are dedicated to green and open areas. Phase 1 completion is planned for July 2030.
