AU Real Estate to develop luxury housing project in Ghaziabad
Real estate builder and developer has plans to develop a luxury residential project in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad. Spread over 9 acres, the project named The Sunflower will comprise around 595 apartments.
It is estimated to generate a revenue of Rs 2,000 crore, and the investment in the project will be around Rs 1,500 crores. As per the developer in phase 1, it has launched 428 homes for sale at a price starting from Rs 3 crore onwards.
