Dharavi to Ghatkopar water tunnel project: 3 firms place bid for the work
Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has announced that 3 firms have placed a bid for the construction of a new water conveyance tunnel between the Dharavi Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) and Ghatkopar WWTF in Mumbai. The 8.485 km long tunnel would supply water to the central & eastern suburbs of Mumbai.
The bidders for the project are Afcons Infrastructure, Ceigall India, and Welspun Enterprises.
