Ventive Hospitality eyes 5,000 keys over next 5 years
The joint venture (JV) of Blackstone Group and Pune-based real estate developer Panchshil Realty, Ventive Hospitality is planning to double its portfolio to cross 5,000 keys over the next three to five years. As per the firm, the plan involves new constructions, acquisitions, and leveraging rights of the first offer.
The upcoming Rs 1,600 crore IPO of the firm will facilitate debt repayment and further growth opportunities.
