Dilip Buildcon emerges lowest bidder for project Rs 1,265 crore
Bhopal-based construction and infrastructure development firm Dilip Buildcon Ltd has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1 bidder) for REC Power Development and Consultancy Ltd's (RECPDCL) intra-state transmission system tender, valued at Rs 1,265 crore.
The project involves the establishment of a 400 kV GIS Solapur/Paranda Switching Station in Dharashiv district under the Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) model. The construction and commissioning of the project are to be completed within 24 months from the effective date.
Dilip Buildcon will acquire a 100% equity stake in the project special purpose vehicle (SPV) and will act as the Transmission Service Provider (TSP) for the development, ownership, operation, and maintenance of the intra-state transmission system.
