Escorts Kubota to set up new manufacturing plant, investment worth Rs 4,500 crore on cards
Tractor maker Escorts Kubota has plans to develop a new manufacturing plant in Uttar Pradesh. Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has allotted around 200 acres of land to the firm for the project.
The firm would invest 4,500 crore to set up the unit at Sector-10 in Noida. In the first phase, the company will develop a tractor plant, a commercial equipment plant, and allied facilities with an investment of Rs 2,000 crore. The 2nd phase will be scaled up depending on market demand and the capacity utilization of the first phase.
