IHG Hotels & Resorts announce their new signing in lake city of Udaipur
International hospitality brand IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a management agreement with Circle View Estate Private Ltd. This agreement is for the development of voco Udaipur, a premium brand of IHG.
The new hotel will be a 140-key property located at the foothills of the Aravalli hills in the city of lakes, offering a distinctive premium hospitality experience. It will house 140 guestrooms and suites, two dining options including an all-day dining restaurant and a bar, ample meeting and event space, a swimming pool, fitness centre, and spa.
As per IHG, the property is designed to cater to both leisure and business travellers.
