Landmark Group to develop commercial project in Gurugram
Dubai-based retail and hospitality firm Landmark Group is developing a new commercial project, Landmark One, in Gurugram. Spanning 4.5-5 acres, the project is located in Sector 67, Golf Course Extension Road, and will require an investment of around Rs 400 crore.
The firm has raised Rs 330 crore in construction finance from the State Bank of India (SBI) for the project, which has a revenue potential of Rs 1,400 crore.
