VB Group to develop new commercial project in Thane
Mumbai-based real estate firm VB Group Bhoomi Poojan ceremony for its upcoming commercial project. The firm is developing a commercial project in Vartak Nagar, Thane, that will be a first-of-its-kind: Grade A office space ranging from approximately 700 sq. ft. to 15000 sq. ft., offering thoughtfully planned spaces suited to a diverse range of business requirements.
Expected to be delivered by the first quarter of 2027, the project has an estimated revenue potential of Rs 700 crore.
