Luxury residential project to be set by TVS Emerald
Real estate arm of TVS Group Company, TVS Emerald has planned a luxury residential project in Bengaluru. The firm has bought its second land parcel that offers a development potential of Rs 400 crore. Emerald has bought 1.14 acres of land in the Central Business District (CBD).
This new project in CBD will cater to the uber-luxury residential segment and would be launched during the next fiscal. The residential project will come up at a place that is strategically located close to Richmond Circle with good connectivity to UB city, MG road, Residency Road and Church Street.
