Mecpower plans to develop new BESS facility in Karjan
Solar infrastructure firm, Mecpower Solutions Ltd, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat. This MoU is for the development of a 5 GWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Assembly Facility at Karjan, Vadodara.
The proposed facility is expected to require an investment of around Rs 160 crore.
