Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train project: First steel bridge launched in Bhiwandi
The work on the Mumbai–Ahmedabad Bullet Train project reached an important milestone with the launch of the first steel bridge in Bhiwandi. According to the updates, the 100-metre steel bridge was launched over NH-3 at Dive-Anjur village.
It is the first steel bridge completed for the high-speed rail corridor in Maharashtra and was assembled at the site on temporary trestles positioned around 17.5 metres above ground.
