Noida Authority plans to develop convention centre and mixed-use project in the city
The Noida Authority is planning to develop a convention and habitat centre, along with a large mixed-use project, on 25 acres in Sector 94. According to a report by The Economic Times, the project will comprise a convention centre, exhibition facilities, retail outlets, offices, a hotel, serviced apartments, and residential spaces. The project will be located near the Noida Expressway, which is dubbed the “Gateway to Noida.”
The project will be developed under a public-private partnership (PPP) model, for which the authority has issued a request for proposals. The estimated cost of the project is ?4,526 crore, and the project is expected to be completed within approximately 30 months.
