RLDA's Mumbai land parcel: Oberoi Realty emerges as highest bidder
Real estate developer Oberoi Realty has emerged as the highest bidder for the Railway Land Development Authority's (RLDA) land parcel in Mumbai. The firm placed a bid of Rs 5,400 crores for the land in Bandra.
RLDA set a price of Rs 5,365 crore for the land parcel located along the Western Express Highway, which will be leased for 99 years.
