RLDA's Mumbai land parcel: Oberoi realty, Shree Naman emerge as eligible bidders
The Government-owned Railway Land Development Authority (RLDA) has declared real estate firms Oberoi Realty and Shree Naman Developers as the eligible bidders for its 11.21-acre prime land parcel in Mumbai’s Bandra.
RLDA has set a reserve price of Rs 5,365 crore for the land parcel located along the Western Express Highway in Bandra East. The land will be allotted through a long-term lease of 99 years for development under a revenue-share model with a base FSI of four times.
