Rs 400 crore allocated for rooftop solar projects in Jammu and Kashmir
The administration of the UT of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) has approved a Rs 400 crore project under which grid-tier rooftop solar power systems will be installed on all government buildings.
Grid-tied rooftop solar power systems of an aggregate capacity of 70 MW would be installed. The project would be implemented by the Jammu & Kashmir Energy Development Agency (JKEDA).
