Spray Engineering eyes rare feet, plans to develop world's first boilerless greenfield standalone sugar refinery in Gujarat
Precision manufacturing firm, Spray Engineering Devices Ltd, is looking to achieve a first-of-its-kind thing. The firm is planning to build the world’s first boilerless greenfield standalone sugar refinery at Kandla, Gujarat.
As per the firm, the refinery will operate completely on renewable energy with zero water consumption. It will have a processing capacity of 1,000 to 1,500 tonnes per day and is scheduled for completion by 31 March 2027. The firm will execute the turnkey project and later manage the facility under a long-term Operations and Maintenance contract.
