Sumadhura Group signs JDA for 17 acre land in Bengaluru
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Sumadhura Group has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a 17-acre land parcel in the Whitefield-Kannamangala Corridor, East Bengaluru.
The firm will develop a premium residential community project with an expected Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 3,500 crore. The land offers over 2.5 million sq. ft. of saleable area.
