Sumadhura Group to invest Rs 17,000 crore in real estate projects
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Sumadhura Group plans to invest Rs 17,000 crore in real estate projects by 2030. The company plans to develop 45 million sq ft of space across the residential, commercial, and warehousing segments.
In the residential segment, the company plans to develop 35 million sq ft across its core markets, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 38,000 crore. The project pipeline will be spread across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai.
The company also plans to develop 4.2 million sq ft of Grade-A office space, with potential annual rental income of Rs 700 crore. In the warehousing segment, it plans to develop 6 million sq ft, with potential annual rental income of Rs 225 crore.
Sumadhura Group also plans to enter the luxury villas segment and expand its land bank in high-growth micro-markets.
