Suzlon bags order from JSP Green for wind energy project in Karnataka
Wind energy solutions provider Suzlon Energy Limited has bagged an order from a special-purpose vehicle (SPV) of Jindal Renewables, JSP Green Wind 1 for the commercial and industrial wind energy project. Under the order, Suzlon would install 127 wind turbine generators (WTGs) with a rated capacity of 3.15 MW each, utilizing hybrid lattice tubular (HLT) towers in the Koppal region in Karnataka.
As per updates, the power produced would be used for captive consumption at steel plants in Chhattisgarh and Odisha, boosting operational sustainability.
