25 acres of land parcel acquired by Prestige Estates in Chennai
Real estate firm Prestige Estates has purchased a 25-acre land parcel in Medavakkam, Chennai. The plan is to develop a housing project with an estimated revenue of more than Rs 5,000 crore on the land.
This land offers a development potential of approximately 5 million square feet. The amount of the deal was not disclosed by the firm at the time of writing.
