Ashiana Housing to develop senior housing project in Pune
Real estate developer Ashiana Housing has plans to develop a senior living housing project in Pune. For this, the firm acquired 28.55 acres of land with an approximate saleable area of 20 lakh sq ft. The project has a revenue potential of Rs 1,800 crores.
