Ashiana Housing to invest Rs 800 crores for land acquisition
Real estate developer Ashiana Housing has plans to invest Rs 800 crores for land acquisition pan-India in FY27. The firm primarily focuses on senior living residential projects and is looking to explore new cities as a part of this expansion.
The acquired land will be used to launch new projects tapping into the growing segment of residential real estate.
