Brigade Group partners with Hyatt for hospitality projects in Bengaluru and Chennai
Real estate developer Brigade Group has joined hands with multinational hospitality company Hyatt. The plan is to launch 2 hospitality projects, that is, a beachfront luxury hotel in Chennai and serviced apartments in Bengaluru’s airport corridor.
The hospitality arm of Brigade Group, Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited, has signed an agreement in this regard. The beachfront luxury hotel will feature around 200 rooms and is expected to open in 2029.
Another project that is the serviced apartments in Bengaluru will come up at Devanahalli, and will offer 35 serviced apartments for both short- and long-term stays. It is expected to open next year, that is, 2027.
