Fashion TV and Merlin Group Join hands to develop luxury residential project in Kolkata
Real estate developer Merlin Group and global lifestyle network Fashion TV (FTV) have joined hands to develop Kolkata's first branded luxury residential project under F Residences. The project would take an investment of Rs 900 crore and aims to introduce global luxury standards to the city with 880 units, featuring upscale amenities.
In the partnership, Fashion TV will offer technical expertise.
