NSPSL to set up cathode material facility at Chittoor
Speciality chemical maker NSPSL Speciality Chemicals Pvt Ltd has plans to establish a cathode material manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh's Chittoor. The Andhra Pradesh state government has given its approval to the project that will be spread over 105 acres and will require an investment of Rs 2,550 crores.
Cathode Materials functional components of lithium-ion batteries, and are widely used in electric vehicles (EVs), consumer electronics, electronics hardware, and several other key sectors.
