Dhalbhumgarh Airport Project: 9 acres land acquired by authorities for the project
The proposed Dhalbhumgarh Airport Project in Jamshedpur is witnessing renewed pace. The authorities have acquired a 9-acre land parcel following protests by villagers from Devshol and Ruashol.
This project, which was initially planned to spread over 249 acres, will now move forward on 240 acres, clearing the hurdle in the path. As per the latest updates, the Airports Authority of India (AAI) is preparing a detailed technical report based on this survey. The report will be submitted to the central government by 24th April, 2026.
