Indospace and CPPIB's joint venture acquires 6 logistics parks
The joint venture of warehouse development firm Indospace and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) has acquired 6 industrial and logistics parks. This deal is done for around Rs 30 billion and involves a strategic acquisition in key Indian markets driven by surging demand for warehousing.
