Investment worth Rs 850 crore planned by The Chapter in luxury villas
Hospitality sector firm The Chapter is planning to invest Rs 850 crore to develop luxury villas across key leisure destinations in India. The firm is backed by Nadir Godrej, Anand Piramal, and Dabur India’s Burman family. As a part of the plan, the firm has acquired over 100 acres in four key locations—Goa, Alibaug, Karjat and Kasauli—with an initial investment of Rs 450 crore.
