New land parcel in Bengaluru acquired by TVS Emerald
Real Estate developer Emerald Haven Realty (TVS Emerald) has purchased 3 acres of land (approx) in Rachenahalli, an emerging suburb in northern Bengaluru, for the development of an apartment housing project. This is the third acquisition of the firm in Bengaluru. The land parcel is located close to Rachenahalli lake.
