Prestige Estates to develop housing project in Hyderabad
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Prestige Estates is developing a new residential project in Hyderabad. The project named Prestige Golden Grove houses 5,120 units.
Spread over 29 acres, the project has an expected revenue potential of over Rs 9,500 crores. The units are priced between Rs 1 crore and Rs 3 crore.
